That depends on you, my friend! While this program is pretty in-depth, you can totally go at your own pace. Whether that's a month or a year, it's up to you. There's absolutely no rush to complete the Rituals For Longevity course. You'll find the pace that works best for you.
You have unlimited access for the rest of your life! How's that for amazing?! This way, when you come back from vacation, or if life goes sideways and you need to get your head back into the wellness game, the entire program will be waiting for you.
Nope! No downloads needed, unless you want to. You can watch the videos and read the workbook and handouts from any device that's convenient for you. But if you're the type of person who would rather print up the materials and write directly onto them, you can absolutely do that.
Our warm Rituals community is all online. We share our experiences virtually so people from all over the world can feel the love and support.
Because the program is self-paced, you can pick it back up at any point. You set the pace for this course. So if for some reason you stop doing any (or even all) of the Rituals at any point, when you're ready you can begin again.
As long as you have Wi-Fi and a device to watch the videos and read the written materials, you're good to go. This can be done on your own personal device (such as a tablet or smartphone) or on a computer at your public library. There are a few Rituals that require additional materials, but they're easy to find at your local store. And if that's not handy, I show you ways to use common household items instead.
That same principle goes for taking care of yourself.
